About
My story and experience
I specialize in working with uncommonly creative, ambitious, and committed humans because that is what I know best—I have spent my entire life as one.
Growing up between Canada and Mexico in homes marked by abuse and neglect in the shadow of the New Age movement, I Iearned to use fear as motivational fuel. Success was a matter of survival, and I intended to live. So, in a shamelessly cliché move, I ran away to the circus at 17.
My running took me from the prestigious l’École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal to performing with the likes of Cirque Eloize, l’Opera de Montreal, and finally, to a lead role on an international tour with Cirque du Soleil. It was during this tour that my pain caught up to me. There was nowhere left to run.
Recovery took me from the dense channels of the underworld to the blazing peaks of heaven. Working steadily over the course of a decade, I overcame severe complex PTSD and an eating disorder, as well as lifelong chronic pain and fatigue syndromes. In their place, I built a nourishing life and relationships beyond my ancestor’s wildest imaginations. My creativity, ambition, and commitment served me well to that end, only this time, they were fuelled by love. Success was no longer a matter of survival, but of delight. Facilitated by countless gifted therapists, coaches, indigenous healers, master plants, and psychedelic allies, I grew a fascination with human change processes which deepened and expanded my transmutational role as a performing artist. I returned to academia in 2019, and founded my depth coaching practice in 2021.
In short, my pain brought me to this work,
and my love brings this work to you.
Today, supervised and mentored by some of the most brilliant practitioners in the field, I spend my days supporting powerful world-shapers to embody the next octave of their unique genius. When I’m not facilitating my client’s self-discovery in the capacity of professional mirror, I am in deep student mode—surrounding myself with countless teaching mirrors. This is my gift to us both, because I can only support you to transform your depths to the degree that I’ve faced my own.
You see, mine is not a neatly packaged “before and after” story. There is no finish line that interests me. My only interest is to plunge ceaselessly into the unknown, learn as much as possible, then share it—with wit and humour where possible—until my last whisper. I dedicate myself to beauty, to wisdom, and to creativity because that is what I love.
To me, life is a decadent feast—my joy is to play host at the seat of change.
This is your open invitation to join me ☻

As your co-creative host, my style is…
Informal, yet professional
(we’re not afraid to snort-laugh or say “fuck” here)
Playful, yet thorough
Profound, yet practical
Warm, yet unafraid to challenge
Intellectually rigorous, yet deeply embodied
Esoterically-inclined, yet fiercely grounded
I see you as both an individual and an ecosystem, a living tapestry woven from countless threads stretching from the dawn of existence beyond the horizon of the known. You are not separate; you are the ever-evolving expression of biology, history, culture, and environment—a boundless current of patterns flowing through time. Our work navigates these intersections: self and collective, mind and body, known and unknown. By embracing this unique interplay, we honor the vast continuum within you and create space for its deeper unfolding.
The boundaries of our partnership are more fluid and flexible than those of psychotherapy—shapeshifting depending on the needs of the day. This fluidity is great for those seeking a co-creative space of self-discovery, but not so great for those with active psychological injuries requiring symptom stabilization. If you are managing stable symptoms, I can work in conjunction with your psychotherapist in a support sandwich—many of my clients go this route. However, if you require symptom stabilization/trauma-treatment, I am not the right person for you.
